OUR WORK Financial Aid Practitioners of South Africa (FAPSA) aims to develop an environment where in both Student Financial Aid Practitioners from all Public Higher and Further Education and Training Institutions, National and Provincial departments, NGO’s and Fund Administrators from both Government and Private organizations can network and share their challenges, ideas and new developments in student financial aid administration and management to ensure effective and efficient service delivery to both the students as beneficiaries of the financial aid and the institutions as custodians of the financial aid.

| About UsThe FAPSA, an umbrella body of all the financial aid practitioners representing both Higher and Further Education and Training Colleges in South Africa, will hold its annual conference on 26 to 28 June 2012 at the East London Convention Centre, Eastern Cape. The conference seeks to address the challenges facing financial aid practitioners in South Africa and, by extension, challenges facing Higher and Further Education and Training Institutions in the country. Message from FAPSA PresidentDear Colleagues The 2012 Financial Aid Practitioners of South Africa’s Conference marks the beginning of a new decade since its inception in 2001; in 2011 we celebrated the 10th year anniversary of this association of the people who are at the cold front of the Financial Aid Administration and Management.
